School Safety Ambassador
I served as a School Safety Ambassador (SSA) from 2022 to 2024. I received extensive training in first aid, CPR, AED, and fire safety skills. I participated actively in termly checking sessions to ensure the sufficiency and validity of the items in the first aid kits across various venues within the school. Furthermore, I diligently fulfilled my responsibilities by actively contributing to the school's safety efforts. For example, I served as a Safety Marshal during my school's Kent Ridge Olympics event this March, volunteered as a facilitator for the 2024 Sec 1 Orientation, and conducted a safety briefing covering precautions and evacuation protocols within the school.

Peer Support Leader
I was appointed as a Peer Support Leader in 2023. I learned important knowledge and skills about being a peer support leader in school context for example, how to identify those in need of emotional help, empathy and how to properly provide emotional support. I even had the chance to apply what I had learnt through interesting role-play scenarios using basic Psychological First-Aid (PFA) practices.
